Papiloscopic Examination

Fingerprint survey and biometric comparisons.

Those who trust the truth, trust ZR2 FORENSICS

Papiloscopic Forensics is the science applied to human identification through dermal papillae—structures found primarily on the fingers, palms, and soles. Also known as dactyloscopy, this forensic specialty allows the collection and analysis of fingerprints from crime scenes, objects, signed documents, and other physical evidence.

Based on the extracted fingerprints, it is possible to compare them with known prints, search state databases (Identification Institutes), and even validate or challenge evidence in legal proceedings.

ZR2 Forensics operates in both civil and criminal spheres, offering this service in burglary investigations, technical forensics in locations where official institutes have not been present, and also in highly complex legal proceedings. We utilize advanced equipment and have experienced experts trained to issue reports, technical opinions, and reconstruct evidence.

Even in cases involving deformities, amputations, or congenital anomalies, fingerprint analysis is feasible. In these circumstances, the fingerprint specialist assesses the individual’s condition and recommends alternative biometric identification methods, and may issue formal certificates — as in the case of Nagali Syndrome.
